TRAINANCE along with concerned official of material handling contractor initiated deriving the complete automated wagon loading solution equipped with Retractable Rigid Catenary System (RRCS) as far back in 2014. The system also comprises of ROCS (Rigid Overhead Catenary System as transitional OHE linking flexible OHE), S&T, PA, AV system with provision of Telescopic cum Traversing Chute. The system was designed as a consolidated arrangement for controlling by the Centralized PLC system connecting the PLC of RRCS, electronic in-motion weighbridge, S&T, PA, AV and PLC of RLS with auto-calibration commanding. 

AREA OF APPLICATION: –

• All electric loco shed, electric car shed for the ease of rolling stock roofing maintenance operation.
• The retractable catenary system LU7 Concept is used inside maintenance workshops for High-Speed/Low-Speed Trains, Commuter and Regional train, or other electrified rolling stocks.
• Dusty environment as prevailing in mines and plant area of loading/unloading zone
